in these days, i was asked thousands of times by around people why our chinese guy would not like to do what they asked and made everything in mess.

 

i've same feeling in fact. people is lack of action but which is we need most in a team!!! everytime you tell them something you know very well and just ask them to do it. but things is not going on as you expected in the end coz they do as what they like. if you ask why, the only reaply will be they don't know things become like that.

 

chinese people are very clever maybe the most clever in the world. but as i know the more "clever" one do more stupid things. because they think themselves is more clever than the one who give instuctions/orders, they do always as their mind even the "stupid" one has explained them how and sometimes why. sometimes they don't know how to do during the time. but they would rather do as they imagine (or i can say according to their "experience") than ask. coz they're afraid asking makes them stupid. they'd like to say sorry after when they have to face the big problem to others. and even at that moment, they wouldn't recognize they are not more clever and they will do as they like next time again for another thing!!!

 

look at people here, no one think himself is more clever. they ask always and do as what boss says or as regular procedure  even in small details. they don't want to try the "better" way. so everything is in smooth situation and no mistake.of coz they have many arguments or discussion between them and boss. but they follow what they agreed after without any discount. even if they find some new situation, they will ask again. don't worry losing time then, they avoid more time losing on oppsite! they speak only when they know very well. and they follow instruciton from others who know better than them and don't ask why even!

 

so, who is more clever?
